How it works

One idea, every channel.

Say what you want to promote — or start with your website — and Advanza writes a separate post for each channel you're on, generates the images to go with them, and gets everything ready to publish together. You read it and approve. That's your part.

Step by step

What actually happens

Four steps, and only one of them needs you.

1One idea

Start with one sentence

Say what you want to promote in plain English — or paste your website address and let Advanza work out what you sell, who buys it, and how you talk about it.

  • A sentence, an offer, a product, or just your website
  • No brief template and no marketing vocabulary
  • Takes about a minute
Create a campaign from one idea
2Written per channel

One post for each channel — written, not copy-pasted

The same idea becomes a short post for X, a longer one for Facebook, a caption with the hashtags in the first comment for Instagram, something with a point of view for LinkedIn, and a searchable description for Pinterest.

  • Each channel written the way that channel is actually read
  • Images generated to match, so nothing publishes half-finished
  • Hashtags, links and first comments placed where each platform wants them
  • Your tone of voice, learned from your own material

3One approval

Read them all in one place, approve once

Every post sits together in one review. Change a line, swap an image, ask for another angle, or drop a channel entirely. Nothing reaches anyone until you say so.

  • See each post rendered the way it will actually appear
  • Edit inline, or send it back for a different angle
  • Approve from your desk or from the mobile app

4Published together

Everything goes out, and the results come back

One approval publishes to every channel you've connected — and sends the email version to your own list — then collects what happened into one place.

  • Publishes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Pinterest
  • Sends the email version to the segment you picked
  • Opens, clicks and engagement land next to each other, per campaign
  • New enquiries go straight into your contacts

What you can count on

Your business. Your brand. Your approval.

Advanza is built to hand you finished work, not to take decisions away from you.

Nothing goes out unapproved

Every email and post sits in review until you approve it. Advanza will never surprise your customers on your behalf.

It sounds like your business

Advanza learns your tone from your website and your past campaigns, and copies it — it doesn't invent a new voice for you.

Minutes, not afternoons

From a one-line idea to a reviewed, scheduled, multi-channel campaign in the time it takes to have a coffee.

It gets better as it goes

Results feed back in, so the next campaign leans on the channels and messages that actually brought in business.

Questions

The things people ask first

Do I need to know anything about marketing?

No. Describe what you want to promote in plain English — or paste your website and skip even that. Advanza handles the campaign structure, the channel mix, the copy, and the timing.

Can Advanza publish without asking me?

Only if you want it to. By default everything waits for your approval, and you can approve from the web app or the Advanza mobile app. If you'd rather let a recurring campaign run itself once you trust it, you can.

Which channels can it publish to?

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (personal profiles and company pages), X and Pinterest — plus email to your own list. Connect the ones you use, and Advanza writes each post for that platform rather than reusing one caption everywhere.

What if I don't like what it created?

Edit it inline, ask for a different angle, swap the image, or reject it entirely. Advanza produces a draft — you decide what it becomes.

Do I have to move off my current tools?

You don't have to do it on day one. Most people start by letting Advanza run one campaign end to end, then move the rest across once they see it working.

Ready to let Advanza do the heavy lifting?

Tell it what you want to promote. Approve what comes back. Watch it publish.
