1. Deleting your account in the app
You can request deletion of your Advanza account at any time, without contacting support. In the Advanza mobile app, open Settings, scroll to the Danger zone, and choose Delete account. In the web app, open Settings → Account and use the Delete account option at the bottom of the page.
You will be asked to type your email address and re-enter your password to confirm. This is the only confirmation required — no phone call, no support ticket.
2. What happens immediately
As soon as the request is submitted, your access is switched off. You are signed out on every device, active sessions are revoked, and push notifications to your devices stop.
3. The 30-day grace period
Your data is not erased straight away. It is held, inaccessible, for 30 days and then permanently deleted by an automated job. This window exists so that a request made from a lost, stolen, or shared device can still be undone, and so that any billing or store subscriptions can be closed out properly.
To cancel the deletion during this period, sign in with your usual email and password. You will be told the account is scheduled for deletion and offered a Restore my account option. Restoring puts everything back exactly as it was.
4. What is deleted
When the grace period expires, we permanently delete your account and its personal data. Where you are the last remaining member of a workspace — or where you are the sole owner and explicitly chose to delete the workspace as part of the request — the workspace is deleted with you.
- Your profile, login credentials, and connected sign-in providers.
- Registered devices, push tokens, notification history, and notification preferences.
- Authentication and sign-in history, including the IP addresses recorded with it.
- Contacts, companies, deals, activities, and custom field data in deleted workspaces.
- Campaigns, email templates, sending history, forms, landing pages, and segments.
- Social accounts, connection tokens, published post records, and analytics.
- Uploaded media, documents, and generated assets, including the stored files themselves.
- AI generation history, brand voice profiles, and lead scoring data.
5. What is retained, and why
A minimal record of the deletion request itself is kept: the request date, the completion date, and an internal account identifier. Everything on that record that identifies a person — your email address and any reason you gave — is cleared once the deletion is complete. We keep this to evidence that we honoured your request, which GDPR Art. 17(3)(b) permits.
Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and transaction records needed for tax and accounting compliance, are retained for the statutory period. These are kept separately from your account and are not used for any other purpose.
If a workspace you belonged to continues to exist because other members remain, business records created inside that workspace — such as contacts entered or campaigns published — stay with the workspace. That workspace's owner is the data controller for those records.
6. Email confirmations
We send an email when the request is filed, stating the exact date of permanent deletion and how to stop it. We send a second email if the deletion is cancelled, and a final confirmation once the erasure is complete. Keep the last one — it is your receipt.
7. If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to your account and cannot complete the in-app flow, email support@advanza.ai from the address registered to the account. We will verify your identity before acting on the request, and will confirm in writing once it is complete.
